Do you love coffee and working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly? We're looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to handle internal deliveries between our Roastery, Commissary, and retail locations, while assisting with light production and organization tasks when needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver products, ingredients, and supplies between Buddy Brew locations (Roastery, Commissary, WS Partners, and retail cafés).
- Load and unload items with care, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliveries.
- Maintain delivery logs, routes, and any required documentation.
- Assist Roastery and Commissary teams with packaging, organizing, and staging items for delivery.
- Promote inventory accuracy and communicate any delivery or product discrepancies promptly.
- Operate within GMP and OSHA regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Support production facility upkeep as requested by the Director of Coffee.
- Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, follow procedures, and maintain accurate records.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Basic computer skills (Excel and Word a plus).
- Full-time, in-person position.
- Primarily based at the Roastery and Commissary, with travel between local Buddy Brew locations.
- Requires standing, lifting, and physical activity throughout the day.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
