Your Day Looks Like This
- Running your own commercial service calls, with no one looking over your shoulder
- Working in mechanical rooms with multiple boilers and recirc pumps
- Copper repairs, tie-ins and replacements on domestic hot and cold water
- Schedule 80, floor, air gap and runoff drains, where you find the real problem, not just the clog
- Flushometers, sensor valves, mixing valves and TMVs
- Walking the property manager through the fix and snapping your job photos
You're Our Plumber If You've Got
- 3-5 years of commercial service experience (residential-only experience won't be a fit)
- Hands-on time with flushometers, sensor valves, mixing valves and TMVs
- Mechanical-room experience with boilers and recirc pumps
- Copper and Schedule 80 experience
- Floor, air gap and runoff drain experience
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- The ability to lift 50+ lbs and work hard safely
- Pride in clean work, and you treat a customer's building like your own
