Monitoring contract expiration dates, insurance certificates (COIs), bonds, and other compliance documents across multiple systems including the Contract Management System, e-Procurement platforms, and the Oracle Financial System to ensure the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority's (Aviation Authority) contractual rights are protected. This position plays a key role in completing the full lifecycle of procurement activities related to contract management after contract award, including, but not limited to planning, environmental engineering, construction (Capital Program) and concessions solicitations. Prepare statistical reports, perform research, and provide tracking documents. Enter and maintain contract/agreement requirements in the Contract Management System and E-procurement Platform; establish suspense dates for contract expiration, insurance certificate (COI), bonds, and other pertinent information; create contract's headers in the Oracle financial system for fund tracking purposes.
