Shift Expectations - Breakfast/Lunch Server
Start Time: 6:30 AM
Punctuality is essential - arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to go by 6:30 AM sharp.
Set-up duties include brewing coffee, setting tables, polishing glassware/silverware, prepping side stations, and reviewing specials.
Be prepared to greet early guests with energy and professionalism - you set the tone for their day.
Maintain strong attention to detail throughout service: accurate orders, clean presentation, and prompt follow-ups.
Stay organized and communicate effectively with the kitchen and fellow servers, especially during high-volume brunch hours.
Side work and reset are part of closing out lunch - maintain a clean, restocked section for the next shift.

What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional service to guests during breakfast and lunch hours
Provide room service for hotel guests matching all standards
Take and deliver orders with efficiency, professionalism, and accuracy
Offer menu recommendations and maintain in-depth knowledge of all items
Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
Uphold all health, safety, and service standards
What We're Looking For:
Prior serving experience in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment
Morning availability with a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
A polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle high-volume service with grace and efficiency
