Hiring Package Details:
- Competitive salary with productivity model
- Comprehensive benefits - includes 401k
- ~2-year partnership track
Partnership Track:
- No buy-in opportunity at productivity (typically ~2 years)
- All profits equally allocated to partners based on their FTE %, not on their tenure
Ideal Candidate:
- BC/BE eligible in nephrology
- Ability to obtain Florida unrestricted medical license
