Lola 41 Palm Beach is looking for a reliable, hardworking Bar Back to join our team!
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and takes pride in keeping the bar running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
• Keeping the bar fully stocked and organized
• Restocking beer, wine, liquor, mixers, and supplies
• Assisting bartenders throughout service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Washing and polishing glassware
• Helping with opening and closing side work
• Supporting the team to ensure a smooth, efficient service
What we're looking for:
• Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to move quickly and work well under pressure
• Team player with great attention to detail
• Must be available nights, weekends & holidays
