We're looking for a motivated Baker/Prep Team Member to join our team! In this role, you'll primarily focus on baking and food preparation.
While you'll be hired primarily for the Baker/Prep position, we believe in teamwork and cross-training! You'll have the opportunity to learn other areas of the café, expand your skills, and help support your teammates wherever needed.

What You'll Do
- Bake and Prepare Products- Follow established recipes and procedures to prepare baked goods and other food items to meet our quality standards.
- Complete Daily Prep- Prepare ingredients, portion food, and organize products to ensure the café is ready for service.
- Maintain Quality and Freshness- Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and rotation procedures to ensure freshness and food safety.
- Cross-Train and Support the Team: Although your primary role will be baking and food prep, you'll learn other café positions and assist with additional duties as business needs require.
- Work as a Team: Communicate with coworkers and help ensure the café operates efficiently, especially during busy periods.
About You
- Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
- Enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to learning new skills
- Is comfortable standing for extended periods and performing routine lifting and food preparation tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Is flexible and willing to cross-train in other café positions as needed.
