What You'll Be Doing

• 5+ years of professional experience (8+ years for top-level candidates)
• Strong diagnostic ability (electrical and drivability)
• Able to repair without trial-and-error parts replacement
• Own standard hand tools (shop provides specialty and diagnostic equipment)
• ASE Certification (or equivalent) preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, professional, team-oriented
• Valid driver's license & ability to lift 45 lbs
