Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 1+ Years Auto Body Experience - Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Experience Preferred: Hands-on experience with paint correction techniques and ceramic coating applications strongly preferred
• Customer Excellence Focus - Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to exceed client expectations
• Exceptional Work Ethic - Consistently dependable, punctual, and maintains professional standards
• Self-Motivated & Results-Driven - Works independently with minimal oversight while consistently delivering superior results
• Reliable Transportation - Must have a truck or SUV to transport tools and materials to job sites
• Valid Driver's License - Required for travel to various job locations
• Quality-Obsessed Mindset - Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and refuses to compromise on quality
