The associate will research and resolve a broad range of patient-related revenue cycle issues, including coordination of benefits denials, incomplete or inaccurate patient demographic and insurance information, payment allocation discrepancies, patient credit balances, and other account issues that may delay claim processing or prevent accurate balance resolution. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing responsive and professional service. The associate will also identify recurring account issues, escalate systemic concerns, and support process improvements that promote accurate payment application, efficient account resolution, and a positive patient and care center experience.
