Technical Product Manager (AI)

Job Summary

The Technical Product Manager will lead the planning, development, and delivery of technical products and AI-driven solutions that align with business strategy and customer needs. This role partners closely with engineering, data science, AI, UX/UI, and compliance teams to define end-to-end system architectures, ensure feasibility of product features, and maintain adherence to architectural standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Architecture & Design

• Work closely with engineering teams, including developers, data scientists, and AI engineers, to ensure technical alignment and feasibility of product features.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure optimal design and user experience for AI agent users and clients.
• Partner with technical leads to ensure architectural alignment and compliance with company and industry standards.

AI & Data Strategy

• Define strategies for collecting, cleaning, and managing data required to train and improve AI models.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to optimize and continuously improve AI models powering intelligent agents.
• Monitor AI agent performance using data insights and feedback to improve accuracy, behavior, and business value.

Product & Client Enablement

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients by translating business needs into technical specifications and explaining AI capabilities and constraints.
• Support client onboarding and training to ensure effective deployment, adoption, and optimization of AI agents.
• Manage post-launch support, enhancements, and feature updates to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Governance, Compliance & Ethics

• Ensure delivery approaches adhere to PwC InfoSec policies, standards, and applicable regulatory and legal requirements, especially data privacy.
• Promote ethical AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and minimized bias in AI-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager handling complex technical and AI-driven initiatives.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, engineering standards, and product lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML models, data pipelines, and analytics-driven products.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, AI, data science, and UX/UI teams.
• Strong experience translating business and client needs into technical requirements.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
