Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following, other duties may be assigned as needed:
- Oversight and Valuation
- Perform NAV Oversight and review pricing exceptions and corporate actions to ensure Fund NAVs are accurate
- Monitory and report potential fund issues or violations
- Custody/Accounting reconciliation review
- Treasury
- Monitor segregation and cash/borrowing accounts to ensure adequate coverage is maintained; report issues to management
- Monitor Fund's defaulted, restricted, and illiquid positions
- Calculate Funds' dividend distributions
- Reporting
- Prepare certain Pricing Committee and Board of Trustees reports, including quarterly compensation statements for the Trustees
- Prepare semi and annual financial statements for SEC and shareholder reporting
- Review monthly N-PORT filings to the SEC
- Solvency Reporting
- Prepare Fund expense payments and forecast profitability
Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Interest for investing and an understanding of financial markets
- Knowledge about different asset classes (equity, fixed income) and investment products (mutual funds, ETFs)
- Quantitative orientation; track record of data analysis
- Exposure to financial systems and software packages
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience using computer software, including Bloomberg
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor Degree in accounting is preferred but other business degrees will be considered
- Internship in financial organization preferred
- 1+ year of related industry experience preferred; not required
