Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer employee documents from an internal file system into an HRIS platform
- Accurately input and track document expiration dates within the system
- Review files for completeness and ensure proper categorization
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling both current and historical records
- Support data integrity by verifying all uploads are correctly documented
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure project timelines are met
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of administrative, data entry, or clerical experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working with HR systems (UKG, Workday, ADP, etc.) is a plus
- Comfortable handling large volumes of documents and repetitive tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
