Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $25/hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Index and enter high volumes of invoices into Sage Intacct accurately
- Verify invoices for discrepancies and resolve issues before processing
- Process invoices efficiently while maintaining a low error rate
- Support full-cycle AP, including coding, approvals, and payment processing
- Partner with the team on vendor inquiries and month-end support
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proven experience indexing invoices and processing high volumes with accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to catch discrepancies
- Full-cycle AP experience preferred
- Sage Intacct experience a plus
- Able to work onsite 5 days per week
